Glint Systems is an I.T. consulting company and software development house. We specialise in eCommerce Solutions, Conversion Rate Optimisation and Bespoke Programming.

The vision and dedication of the company derives from its two founders, Christian Pinder and Janine Pinder.

Christian Pinder Christian Pinder is a technical innovator who has worked in the I.T. industry for over 15 years. He graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and has worked in programming, networking and telecomms. Christian has a particular interest in online sales & marketing and is always researching new ways to help our clients expand their businesses via the web.

Janine Pinder Before co-founding Glint Systems, Janine worked for a large multi-national company as an Asset Controller. Her years of experience have given her an expert knowledge of Hardware & Software Asset Management. She is also an eCommerce entrepreneur and owner of Glitter Monster Card Making and Craft Supplies an online crafts supplies store.
